Photographs of my solar powered, off grid home in the Washington County woods of upstate NY. Earlier images were taken with a digital Sony Mavica MVC-FD95. From September 2006 I've been using a Canon 30D, and most recently (9/09) a Zenta Bronica ETRS medium format film camera.

This very private property is situated a 1/2 mile off the main road and although it's only 7.25 acres +/- in size, it's surrounded by almost 1,200 acres of pasture, woods, ponds and mountains! The red outline is the property, and the green one shows the 1,200 acres surrounding it, with no other homes inside the green line.
The property is located in picturesque Washington County, NY, roughly 18 miles SE of Lake George, and overlooking the Green Mountains on the Vermont border. It's also on a club sponsored ATV trail system with over 60 miles of groomed trails.

The Olympic Regional Development Authority has granted approval for a project that will link the historic Ski Bowl and Gore Mountain in the hamlet of North Creek.
